During graduation, class representative, Iyan Laylor, Texas Farm Bureau, remarked that participation in Leadership Waco gave him the opportunity to build lasting relationships with other community leaders. This year, the Leadership Waco class project raised $20,000 to build a basketball court and playground at Isaiah 117 House. In addition to fundraising, the class volunteered their time and spent a day assembling patio furniture, organizing the supply closet and more!
