COVID-19: Paycheck Protection Program Resources: Jan. 13, 2021

The Small Business Administration, in consultation with the U.S. Treasury Department, re-opened the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan portal. The PPP loan portal system will initially accept First Draw PPP loan applications from participating Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), Minority Depository Institutions (MDIs), Certified Development Companies (CDCs), and Microloan Intermediaries. Second Draw PPP loan applications will be accepted starting today, January 13. PPP will open to all participating lenders shortly thereafter. Forms, guidance and resource links follow:

Town Hall Meeting
Wednesday, January 27 | 10 a.m.

In collaboration with our community partners, the Greater Waco Chamber will host another town hall event about What the New COVID-19 Stimulus Package Means for Small and Medium Businesses on Wednesday, January 27 at 10 a.m. Tim Holtkamp from the MCC Small Business Development Center and Ahmad Goree from the SBA will facilitate the discussion.
