2025 MidTex Farm & Ranch Show | Tuesday, January 7 & Wednesday, January 8 | BASE at Extraco Events Center

The two-day MidTex Farm & Ranch Show is FREE for the public to attend and learn about the latest in farming and ranching equipment and technology.

About the MidTex Farm & Ranch Show

The MidTex Farm & Ranch Show will take place at the Extraco Events Center's BASE facility in partnership with the Blackland Income Growth (BIG) Conference. The BIG Conference serves as a primer for farmers, ranchers and landowners looking to make preparations heading into the new production year, and assists novice landowners with education and management practices.

We will host exhibitors showcasing their products and services to Central Texas farmers and ranchers. Admission is FREE to the general public to attend and visit exhibits of the latest farm and ranch equipment, seed, chemicals and ag-related services and technologies.

Throughout the day, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in sessions involving horticulture, beef, grain, cotton, wildlife and forage provided by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service on Tuesday and Wednesday. Specialty sessions throughout the day will address land management, agriculture and health.

Registration for the classes is required.

Classes have been organized by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service – McLennan County.

Booth Pricing

Booths may not be split or shared between more than one business and will not be reserved without payment.

  • 10'x10' booths: $500
  • 10'x20' booths: $600
  • 20'x20' booths: $700

Details

  • Booths will include one 8' table and two chairs.
  • Electricity is available; vendors must supply their own extension cords
  • Complimentary Meal Tickets:
    • (4) tickets for breakfast, 2 per day
    • (4) tickets for lunch, 2 per day
  • All products must fit inside the booth space.
  • 10'x10' booths will include 8' curtained back wall
  • 20'x20' booths will not have curtained walls.
  • Wifi is not available
  • Vendors must provide proof of insurance prior to move in.
  • Exhibitors also have access to the exclusive Exhibitors' Luncheon, hosted by the Texas A&M AgriLIfe Extension
