Holly Harris

Holly Harris, Certified Nutrition + Health Coach, Master Your Life Forever Coaching

Holly is a Waco, Texas native, Baylor University alumna, entrepreneur, and coach whose story is rooted in resilience, reinvention, and the courage to make lasting change.

For 20 years, Holly was co-owner of Sironia, a beloved Waco business, building a career and a life deeply connected to her hometown. But some of her most significant transformations have happened outside of her professional success.

After facing an eating disorder and serious health complications earlier in life, Holly later found herself at another turning point with her health. What followed was not a quick fix, but a years-long journey of changing habits, rebuilding strength and confidence, and learning what it takes to create change that lasts.

Today, Holly is an Executive Health and Nutrition Coach with MYLF Coaching, Master Your Life Forever. Certified in Health and Nutrition and Gut Health through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, she draws on both professional training and lived experience to help high-achieving clients navigate change in their own lives.

Holly’s story reaches far beyond health or weight loss. It is a story about resilience, consistency, self-leadership, and discovering that meaningful transformation is possible and sustainable at any stage of life.

Leading Waco Women Leadership Award

Since 2018, the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce has proudly recognized women who exemplify leadership, vision, and impact in every corner of our community. Through the Leading Waco Women Leadership Award, we continue this tradition by honoring individuals who embody excellence in their careers, service, and support of others.

This award is presented to a woman who has achieved outstanding professional success, made meaningful contributions to the Waco community, and actively supports the advancement of other women through mentorship, advocacy, and leadership development. She leads not only by what she accomplishes, but by how she empowers others to thrive.

The award is made possible through the support of the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce, local businesses, and individual sponsors who share a commitment to celebrating women whose leadership strengthens our region and inspires the next generation.
